Feel all the essence of the mountain in a unique event!

Bringing together the best of outdoor sports and a great community driven by challenge and adventure in the impressive terrain of Vall de Boí (Lleida Pyrenees), the event includes trail running, Nordic walking and much more, and it has earned a reputation in its own right as the best-ranked mountain festival in southern Europe.

This year, Boí Taüll will play a prominent role in the Garmin Mountain Festival Vall de Boí, as two of its main events will pass through the Alta Ribagorça mountain resort. The participants of the Garmin Epic Trail Vall de Boí 42K will face a mountain marathon with a technical and spectacular route that adds 2,800 meters of positive elevation gain, in which they cross the peripheral area of ​​the Aigüestortes i Estany de Sant Maurici National Park.

Similarly, the Garmin Epic Trail Vall de Boí 24K, a middle-distance race, will also pass through the resort and will offer a considerable challenge with its 1,900 meters of accumulated elevation gain concentrated in the first half of the route. This race can be followed live on TV3 and the 3cat platform next Sunday, June 29, from 8:45 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The broadcast will be led by Josep Maria Puig, Maria Fernandez Vidal and Jordi Grau, and will be accompanied by technical analysis by Marc Pinsach and Anna Comet.

Both events, with departure and arrival in Barruera, represent a unique opportunity to enjoy the impressive landscape of the only national park in Catalonia, characterized by its peaks of more than three thousand meters, waterfalls, rivers and more than 200 lakes that make up a high mountain ecosystem of unparalleled beauty.
