Experience the authenticity of the region in Boí Taüll! The Taüll Shepherd's Cheese Fair will be held on August 23 and 24.
This fair, co-organized by the Vall de Boí City Council and the Associació de pastors i pastores formatgers dels Països Catalans, is a unique opportunity to defend the craft and give value to the work that goes into making each artisan cheese. Discover and taste cheeses with a distinctive seal, made in small cheese dairies from the milk of the herd's own pastured in the territory.
In addition to the stalls of local producers, the fair will feature a wide range of artisans and agri-food producers from the area, different activities for all ages, creative workshops and tastings that will allow you to learn about the production process and the quality of these genuine products up close.
